Have something to tell the world, but don't know where to start?

As a co-author, I am able to take a raw manuscript, a collection of notes, a partly written story or even just an idea and turn it into something truly special by working with you and the material supplied to develop it into a well-rounded manuscript. Alternatively, working together may involve an equal division of labour and input into a writing project in which we are both interested. Perhaps you don't know where to start, or perhaps you have an outline of what you want to write, but don't have the creative flair to turn it into a structured story, or the time! This is where co-authoring can be beneficial.

Memoirs & Autobiographies
	I have a special interest in autobiographies and memoirs written by people who have lived interesting and remarkable lives and who wish to share their experiences with the world. I will work with you personally, confidentially and with sensitivity to put your life story together in such a way that the author's voice is maintained and their personality shines through.

Other Genres
	I am also able to help you with the development or writing of other types of manuscripts such as self-help titles or historical based fiction. Please contact me via email for further information.

What will it cost me?

Rates for co-authoring will depend on the type of project and the amount of input you require from me. For smaller projects, a flat fee may apply. For larger projects, rates are negotiable according to word count, complexity, number of re-writes etc. I can also be employed on a casual basis at $40 an hour. Detailed timesheets are kept and presented to the client. On some projects, I may take a share of the royalties from sales (co-authoring contracts provided). All initial consultations are free.
